What currencies do you accept?
Monero or Bitcoin can be deposited to trades and swaps.
Withdraws are Monero only.
Do you have your own reserves?
Yes we have our own reserves. We don't rely on 3rd party services to complete swaps.
Do you ever ask for KYC?
We will never ask for KYC or any other personal information. We respect your privacy, our service is completely anonymous.
What fees do you charge?
Swaps: only a 2% swap fee.
Trades: only a 4% withdraw fee. The party, usually the seller (except for disputes), who receives the funds pays the withdraw fee.
We have no other hidden fees.
What are the trade terms?
You can find our terms at /terms. These terms are only for trades, not swaps.
My deposit hasn't showed up?
If your deposit hasn't been credited after 10 BTC or 15 XMR confirmations, contact us.
My withdraw hasn't showed up?
If your withdraw is taking slightly longer than 1-30 minute window, please be patient.
If your withdraw hasn't been processed for an extended amount of time please contact us.
How long do I have to open a dispute?
Buyer have until the finalization time is over to dispute.
If the buyer doesn't dispute before the finalization timer is over, the funds are transferred to the seller.
I've lost my trade password?
Trade passwords can't be recovered by anybody, even us.
If the buyer hasn't finalized the trade, they can still open a dispute and they will be refunded if the seller doesn't respond.
The buyer can then start the process over again by creating a new trade.
My dispute hasn't been answered?
We normally answer disputes in less than a day. Some days it might take us slightly longer due to the volume of disputes.
If we haven't got to your dispute please be patient.
